Registration Details
- All ITEC conference authors must register and pay a full registration fee (Non-Student Rate) for a paper to be published in the conference proceedings by April 1, 2025.
- Full registration covers up to two papers of the author. The fee for each additional paper is $195.
- Author registration fees must be received together with the final paper.
- Non-authors must register by May 1, 2025 to qualify for Early Bird registration fees. Registrations received after that date will be processed at the full rate.
- Registration fees do not include a hard copy of the conference proceedings, transportation expenses, or hotel accommodations.
- You can pay by credit card (Visa/MasterCard), wire transfer, international bank transfer, or check/money order.
- Conference registration cannot be confirmed until payment is received.
In an attempt to be inclusive due to changing travel restrictions we would like to ensure that all authors are able to present at the conference. We request that every author make their best effort toward traveling to the location. In the event of last-minute exposure or international travel restrictions prohibiting on-site attendance, allowances will be made for pre-recorded presentations to be aired on-site.
