Authors are requested to rigorously adhere to language, format, and electronic file requirements described below.
Language
English is the working language of the conference. If English is not your native language, please have your paper read by a native English speaker, or seek online services to improve the language of your paper. Please note that your paper is subject to further review and it may be rejected if it is deemed that English of your paper is not acceptable.
Authors can go to the following website for paid services:

Format and Final Paper Template
Papers are limited to six (6) pages and must conform to the IEEE two-column format for conference papers. Up to two (2) additional pages may be included, but authors will be required to pay additional charges. The fee for each additional page is $45. Submissions exceeding eight (8) pages will not be accepted.
Templates are available here in Microsoft Word, PDF, and LaTex format.
Electronic File Requirements
Final papers are to be submitted electronically, with file size limited to 2 MB. Accepted and presented papers will be published in the Conference Proceedings, and included in the IEEE Xplore® online digital library.
IEEE is very strict with the requirements for converting application files or PostScript files to full-text PDF for inclusion in IEEE Xplore®. Please follow the instructions in “IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore®” which describes the essential steps in distilling PDFs that meet IEEE requirements.
It is important to make sure that all fonts used in the paper are embedded, especially for papers from Asia and Europe. The “IEEE PDF File Preparation Guide for IEEE Xplore®” reveals the process to ensure that all fonts used are embedded accordingly. Failure to embed and subset fonts is the biggest obstacle to PDF compliance with IEEE Xplore®. Papers failing to meet IEEE Xplore® PDF requirements will not be included in IEEE Xplore®.
Please note that all final papers must be converted using PDFexpress from the following link, in accordance with the IEEE PDF specification. Please go to the IEEE PDF eXpress site at www.pdf-express.org. Please click the following button to register at IEEE PDF eXpress and use conference id itec13x to check your PDF file or to convert it to an acceptable PDF file.
The instructions for first time IEEE PDF Express users are available in the first-time users link.
IEEE Copyright Form
All authors must submit a signed IEEE Copyright Form with their final submission by April 5, 2013. Please download the Copyright Form from
http://www.ieee.org/publications_standards/publications/rights/copyrightmain.html
Please email the signed Copyright Form as a PDF file to Dr. Anand Sathyan, at sathyan.anand@gmail.com, and identify your paper ID.
Failure to submit a signed IEEE Copyright Form will result in the paper not being published.
Final Submission
For submitting the final version of your paper, please refer to the acceptance letter emailed to each corresponding author. It contains details specific to each paper submission. Please note that upon submission, no further changes can be made.
For any questions regarding submission, please email the Dr. Mahesh Krishnamurthy, ITEC 2013 Program Chair, at kmahesh@ece.iit.edu.
